SHOUTBOX: Community Status

/CaféLog/

28OCT2008: Things happen for a reason, things happen at warp speed when the time is right.

First of all - the Dialogue on the Book on Sustainopreneurship is undergoing pro-active crowd-sourcing to reach maximum level of impact, a book shared with the world thorugh the Open Access initative, and authored through the blog www.sustainopreneurship.biz piece by piece, and peer2peer-reviewed through the Book Group here on the Café! Join the napkin-jotting in that café-table!

And, last but not least, a Conceptual Campaign has been launched over at Facebook! More on that when the general Conceptual Campaign web-page is up! If you want to be a campaign ambassador, stirring up your local hive thru Concept Forwarding, give me a shout!

Why this ignited spirit NOW?

WELL:
1. Book Published outlining future research in a chapter: http://tr.im/7aw
2. Wikipedia article on Sustainopreneurship accepted with almost no objection at all from the Wikipedians!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sustainopreneurship
3. Members of AEREAS - the Founding Members www.aereas.nu - are slowly beginning to be added, as well as the number of participants in the book group!

Time to take it to the next level - towards one million hits on Google for the Concept before year-end, 2009...

Stay tuned!

And, Dare to be Wise :).

Peace,
Anders

Welcome to a virtual Collaboration Café Supporting Stakeholders of Sustainopreneurship!

Top fives (experimental and exploring) - from the Café Host;

1. A Collaboration Café is a mash-up in between a "world café" and "open space"...

2. Virtual means that it is a counterpart to something in Real Life, metaphorically going on in some kind of "Second Life" - in this imagine the atmosphere of your favourite Café, here...

3. Stakeholder here means those who have an interest of a phenomenon and its advancement, proliferation and/or evolvement - or demands something from something)

4. Supports means being at service for fruitful peer to peer interaction in between the stakeholders in the Café

5. Sustainopreneurship is the topic of this vcc - virtual collaboration café - and the phenomenon in focus.

Everyone has a story to tell. What´s yours?

Use the short survey that is used to create your profile creatively to tell it (the only entry demand upon joining)! It includes e. g. what you HAVE and what you WANT! This makes it easy to find your way at the café - and find the right table. Start out with Virtual Intro/Handshake Forum Thread!

Next step, beyond that - if momentum and energy is gained around your Virtual Intro and shouting out your needs and current status of your project and involvements, and it transforms to something that a smaller group of people gets committed to (at least you, and two more?) - engage in a smaller workshop thread at one of the APPROPRIATE GROUPS.

Main stakeholders identified of sustainopreneurship at this stage is Practitioners, Researchers and Educators - all of these have dedicated groups (and also the three target group for the What kind of sustainopreneurial project are you involved in? Gain and gather resources and support here! For the open brainstorming - there is always the group called Open Space!

Constituting ÆREAS - Organizing Sustainopreneurship Research

Future plans for the community is to be maintained by the future association ÆREAS - currently in interim stage). Activities and what emerges from the community in the form of deeper insight and strong experiences will be used for formal research about sustainopreneurship (with your consent). For those who want to contribute to its formation and institutionalization - see http://interim.aereas.nu and http://www.ki-work.com/ki-project/aereas who are there to attract the resources to create the association, targeted at constituting with 150 members in third quarter, 2009, in a planned Summit on Sustianopreneurship.

ÆREAS(i) - also a goodwill PR vehichle for your initiative!

Members of ÆREAS(i) gets Featured (extra presence) here on Sustainopreneur's Café, as well as listed in the membership directory over at the interim association website and over at the group at Facebook, Sustainopreneur's Square. Upon joining, a dedicated blog post also gets your story told to the world!

Your café host at your service! What can I help you with? Join the Community and Café, and then introduce yourself and stake your needs over at your Virtual Intro!

What's Your Dream?

Peace,
Anders

Earlier this year, I called the Union budget myopic (see Down To Earth, March 31, 2008). Let me reiterate why. The [Indian] Union budget did not take into account the fact the world was beginning to face new challenges, all of which were devastating, and related. One, the rising cost of our food—you will recall subsequently prices did go up a… Continue

Facebook Group - Sustainopreneur's Square

LATEST MAIN GROUP SHOUTS: Five public streams

There are five groups (or...eehrm, coffee tables?) dedicated to five distinct strands of conversations, one about the book in emergence, three main topics, one private group about starting the new association (intra-group of the interim members), and one about the topics flowing in itself :). A meta-group appropriately called "open space".

Here, five of them, the open groups, are streamed with latest conversations in respective group.

Hey, is a group missing? Shout it out in the Open Space group!

Sustainopreneur's Library

Recommended - some books related to the community topic - the first set related to the possiblities in entrepreneuring for sustainopreneurship (inspiring!), the second set on getting into action (transpiring!).
